As a Part-Time Assistant Educator, you’ll work with a dynamic team to create interactive, fun, and enriching experiences for primary school-aged children. You’ll play a key role in fostering an inclusive and safe environment where children can learn, explore, and build friendships.
Work Hours
- Mornings: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Afternoons: 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
- 5 days per week
- A genuine passion for working with children and families.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a team spirit.
- A talent for creating inclusive and engaging learning environments.
- Knowledge of (or a willingness to learn) the National Education and Care Law, National Quality Framework, and My Time Our Place Framework.
- Dedication to best practices in health, safety, and child wellbeing.
- Experience working with or volunteering in child-focused environments.
- A driver’s license.
- Knowledge of educational frameworks (ideal but not essential).
- A current WWVP (ACT) check or willingness to obtain one.
