POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the operation of the fitness floor, group exercise, and growth of personal training for multiple centers of the association. This will include direct leadership for fitness floor associates, group exercise instructor and personal trainers at multiple centers. Assist in development of programming that meets the needs of each unique community. Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team that is focused on providing superior member experience at all times. Will be accountable for member engagement and retention initiatives relative to Group Exercise, Personal Training and related programming.

Oversight of all Fitness Operations, Group Exercise, Water Fitness and Personal Training

- Utilization of participation data to analyze trends and gaps with solution-driven execution for general and seasonal schedule revisions
- Applies programming strategies to positively affect member retention
- Calculated and systematic small group training implementation
- Personal Training and Small Group Training client schedules
- Assist with Fitness floor associate schedules
- Group Exercise and Water Fitness Schedules
- Compliance of certification, CPR/1st Aid requirements, and standards of delivery, Timesheet management
- Hiring process, auditions and consistent onboarding protocols
- Bi-quarterly evaluations, feedback/coaching
- Performance management/reviews
- Educational in-services for associates
- Administration management of ClubConnect (certification Compliance) and Dayforce (Payroll) ∙
- Monthly/bi-monthly feedback loop with Executive Directors/Operations Directors for space utilization and member feedback; regional/group, individual as needed
- Facilitate cross department education -membership/fitness as needed
- Social media management when applicable

- Net percentage for all PT at centers
- Number PT Loyalty Clients month by month
- Ensuring accuracy of class attendance and metrics utilizing
- Average class attendance regionally
- Group Ex % utilization (participants/building scans) by center month-over-month
- Track Fitquest Appointments
- Monitor for quality assurance including instructor performance and sound quality (mic/music feed) ∙ Recruiting/onboarding new instructors, regular/guest
