">We are seeking an Aquatics Educator to join our team, responsible for teaching swim lessons and ensuring the safety of participants during program sessions.
">Responsibilities
">Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing engaging swim lesson plans ">
- Providing exceptional customer service to program participants ">
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve program goals ">
- Maintaining accurate records and reports ">
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development ">
- Fostering a positive and inclusive program environment ">
- Ensuring compliance with YMCA policies and procedures ">
- Staying up-to-date on industry best practices and trends ">
- A strong teaching background, preferably in aquatics ">
- Current CPR/AED/O2/First Aid certification (or O2 within 30 days of hire) ">
- Preferred Lifeguard certification ">
- Successful completion and passing of the Y's swim test ">
- A flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends ">
