As a Swim Instructor, you will teach swim lessons to participants of all ages, following the YMCA of the USA guidelines and levels. You will ensure the safety of all swimmers during lessons and enforce pool rules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safety of all swimmers during lessons
- Interpretation and enforcement of pool rules
- Teaching swim lessons according to YMCA standards
- Efficiency of lesson program through adherence to progression standards
- Promoting participation in the Y Swimming Lessons program
Requirements:
- Previous teaching experience preferred
- CPR/AED/O2/First Aid certification
- Lifeguard certification preferred
- Successful completion of the Y in Central Maryland swim test
- Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
- Completion of new associate training before scheduled work
