Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Team Members. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, crafting delightful treats, and contributing to a fun and energetic work environment. The primary responsibilities include scooping ice cream, creating milkshakes and specialty milkshakes, operating the cash register, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with other common duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scoop and serve ice cream to customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Prepare milkshakes and specialty milkshakes according to standard recipes.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including wiping down surfaces, washing dishes, and restocking inventory.
- Follow food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
