A Marketing Assistant for The Yard Milkshake Bar would be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks related to promoting the brand and its products. Here's a list of job responsibilities:
Franchise Marketing Coordination
- Connect and collaborate with franchisees across different locations to empower them in effectively marketing their local outlets.
- Weekly reminder to Franchisees to submit marketing material for social media.
Social Media Management:
- Assist in developing social media campaigns and strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Assist in social media post planning
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, Grand Opening events, collaborations, and contests.
- Handle logistical details, such as event setup, materials, and giveaways.
Influencer and Partnerships:
- Research and identify potential influencers and brand partners for collaborations.
- Support outreach efforts to establish partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to comments, questions, and feedback.
Administrative Support:
- Help with administrative tasks, such as organizing marketing materials and maintaining databases throughout the company.
Graphic Design:
- Basic graphic design skills to create simple visuals for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Assisting in menu updates for online and TV menu Boards
