Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting plants, gardening supplies, and landscape maintenance products.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on plant care and floral design to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the garden center, ensuring all products are well-displayed.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling.
- Collaborate with team members to manage inventory levels and restock items as needed.
- Engage with customers to promote special offers and new products, driving retail sales.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, and floral design is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively assist customers.
- A passion for gardening and a desire to share that knowledge with others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift and move plants or supplies as needed.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
