Duties

- Handle cash transactions with precision, including processing payments and providing change.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a smooth operation.
- Provide information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when handling customer calls and inquiries.
Skills
- Experience in order fulfillment processes is highly beneficial.
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Excellent cash handling skills to ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Polished phone etiquette to effectively communicate with customers over the phone.
- Previous experience in a dealership or retail sales environment is a plus.
