Job Type: Part or Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the daycare, ensuring a safe and fun environment for all dogs.
- Assess dog behavior and create well-matched playgroups.
- Train and mentor staff on safe handling, playgroup management, and canine behavior.
- Monitor dogs for signs of stress or discomfort and intervene as needed.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog's behavior and progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized daycare facility.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a dog daycare, kennel, or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of canine body language, behavior, and socialization.
- Experience leading a team and training staff.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
