Job Summary:
The Yellowstone Restaurant is hiring a dependable and organized Expeditor (Expo) to be the essential link between the kitchen and the front-of-house team. The expo plays a critical role in ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen is accurate, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role that helps drive excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the communication point between the kitchen and servers
- Ensure all plates are complete, accurate, and beautifully presented before leaving the kitchen
- Coordinate food timing and course pacing for tables
- Run food to tables when needed, especially during busy periods
- Double-check modifications, special requests, and ticket accuracy
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with both kitchen staff and servers
- Keep the expo station organized, clean, and efficient
- Assist in maintaining flow and energy during service
- Help ensure guest satisfaction through timely delivery and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not necessary (especially expo, food runner, or server assistant roles)
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy service periods
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
