- Responsible for food preparation, serving, meal break down, general kitchen and dining hall cleaning
- Provide outstanding and consistent customer service to all camp guests
- Ensure that all food service preparation, storage, and serving areas are in an orderly and sanitary condition, while adhering to all local state and federal laws/regulations.
- Identify, minimize, and eliminate, where possible, any risks that could cause accidents
