Join Our Team as Business Systems Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to support our water utilities ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with the IFS ERP system and Cayenta Customer Service system. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze and document business processes and workflows within our ERP and customer service systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional specifications.
- Configure and maintain IFS ERP and Cayenta Customer Service systems to align with business needs.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support for ERP-related processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to minimize operational disruptions.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis or a similar role. The ideal candidate will have experience with IFS ERP and Cayenta Customer Service systems and a strong understanding of business workflows, ERP systems, and data analysis.
- Certifications & Licenses: A valid PA driver’s license is required.
- Skills & Knowledge: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. A customer-focused mindset, strong communication skills
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work indoors and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Approximately 15-20% travel between company locations
