Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Description :
- Responsible for high volume personal lines insurance sales to new customers
- Answer incoming sales calls and take walk-in business with or without scheduled appointments
- Gather necessary information to generate quotations for customer application submissions
- Present and explain insurance coverages to customers
- Analyze insureds current policies and counsel coverages when needed
- Interface with carrier representatives and customers in order to ensure that all parties receive necessary information in a complete and timely manner to ensure successful sales performance
- Will report to the Personal Lines Department Manager
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Hours : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm EST (3 days), 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm EST (2 days), and one rotating Saturday per month, 9 : 00am-1 : 00pm EST
