Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast/Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant, enjoyable breakfast experience and assist the property with its laundry needs. Your primary duties will include meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining the cleanliness of the breakfast area. Sort linen, wash, dry and fold. You will play a key role in providing excellent guest services and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up breakfast items, including hot and cold food options, beverages, and condiments.
- Ensure that the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service hours.
- Buss tables promptly and efficiently to maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Handle food safely and adhere to all health regulations regarding food preparation and storage.
- Provide exceptional guest services by greeting guests warmly and assisting with any inquiries or requests.
- Operate coffee machines and ensure that coffee is brewed fresh throughout service hours.
- Assist with cash handling procedures when necessary, including processing payments for any additional items sold.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
- Previous experience in food handling or culinary roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette when addressing guest inquiries.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in cash handling is a plus but not mandatory.
- A passion for cleanliness and organization in all aspects of work is essential.
