Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or related fields such as hotel or industrial cleaning is preferred.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and floor care techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks within set timelines.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed while performing cleaning duties.
