Your specific duties in this role will include but are not limited to handling incoming/outgoing calls. Responsible to facilitate payment processing, handle dispute via the phone and follow up on broken payment arrangements. Assist and advise callers regarding their case status. Determine when to escalate calls that require further assistance. Meet quality assurance requirements and weekly goals. The Zellman Group is not telemarketing or debt collections.
Qualified candidates:
Need to possess the following: Excellent customer service skills (previous experience helpful), strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Possess the ability to be assertive but diplomatic. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume call center.
. 3 years of call center experience
. 4 years customer service-related experience
. Verbal fluency in English and Spanish language required.
· Computer Skills- MS office, typing skills
· Excellent communication and telephone skills
· Ability to multitask
· Ability to work well under pressure.
· Work efficiently and effectively both independently and with a team
· Strong follow up skills
Home Office Requirements include:
· Dedicated quiet workspace. Fast, reliable and secure internet connection that is hard wired to the modem. Computer and phone equipment will be supplied.
Shift:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 10-7pm
We offer paid training and this opportunity is an entry-level, Full-Time position.
