About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take ownership of our proposal development, and communication efforts to potential clients and search consultants. This position will play a critical role in developing high-quality proposals, responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), creating engaging marketing content, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of persuasive, customized proposals for prospective clients, ensuring alignment with client goals and our value proposition.
- Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with well-researched, tailored, and impactful submissions.
- Develop and manage a quarterly online newsletter targeted at prospective clients and consultants, showcasing our expertise, recent successes, and industry insights.
- Respond to incoming leads and inquiries in a professional, timely, and strategic manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather the information and resources needed to create winning proposals and marketing content.
- Manage timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure all proposals and communications are delivered on time and exceed expectations.
- Continuously research industry trends and competitors to refine messaging and improve proposal strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a service-oriented industry such as marketing, communications, consulting, or professional services.
- Proven experience managing and developing proposals, responding to RFPs, and crafting client-facing communications.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of marketing communications and/or the ability to articulate creative solutions within proposals.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative approach to work.
- Experience with CRM tools, proposal management software, or marketing platforms is a plus.
