Senior Designer – Design for Iconic Brands & Dream Destinations
We’re looking for a Senior Designer who lives and breathes design—someone who can turn strategy into stunning visuals and bring big ideas to life across a multi-channel, 360-degree environment. If you have a passion for crafting compelling, high-impact creative that resonates across digital, print, social, and beyond, we want to meet you.
You’ll work with an incredible portfolio of clients , including national consumer packaged goods brands, finance and corporate accounts, and an enviable list of vacation destinations like Belize, Bermuda, Daytona Beach, the Palm Beaches, and more. You’ll collaborate with art directors, writers, and strategists to develop creative that doesn’t just look amazing—it drives results.
And you’ll do it all while living in Tallahassee, Florida—one of the nation’s most desirable cities, offering an exceptional quality of life with a vibrant community, rich culture, and outdoor adventure at your doorstep.
What We’re Looking For :
- Exceptional Design Skills – A portfolio that showcases world-class creative across digital, social, and traditional media.
- Strategic Creativity – You don’t just design; you solve problems visually with clarity and impact.
- Attention to Detail – Typography, color, layout—you obsess over every element.
- Multi-Channel Mastery – Experience creating across digital, print, social, and video.
- Collaboration & Leadership – Ability to work within a team, present ideas, and push creative forward.
- Experience – 5 years in an agency or similar creative environment.
