Job Description
The Zimmerman Agency is seeking an entry-level Social Media Coordinator to support the Director, Strategists, and Social Content Managers across multiple social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest & YouTube) for various clients. This person is responsible for publishing daily content, responding to audiences in real time, assisting in the production of social content (images, videos, copy), and collaborating with integrated teams to support business goals and drive social initiatives.
The Day to Day :
- Manage day-to-day publishing across client social media channels.
- Take ownership of daily community management across platforms.
- Assist in writing and editing copy for monthly social content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build out the social content calendar and brainstorm monthly content ideas to match overarching campaigns / strategies.
- Monitor, curate, and manage outreach of user-generated content for online galleries and social content.
- Assist with developing monthly and campaign reports.
- Work with Manager to identify influencers and measure activation results.
- Research industry trends, emerging social channels, and best practices.
- Research and report on competitors and industry leaders in the social media space.
