Purpose
Aide in the oversight of staff and the daily operations of all areas within The Zone & Kokomo Joe’s. Having mastered all skills and expectations of the positions they lead.

Responsibilities
- Proactively communicate with General Manager on routine expectations and duties
- Assist with arcade game repairs until resolved utilizing all resources available
- Review inventory and supplies routinely, making and picking up orders before open
- Follow-up with Shift Leads on team member responsibilities, ensuring all required duties are performed, performing a self-audit of tasks when required.
- Effective and clear delegation of assignments
- Mentoring and training staff upon hire and as needed
- Working knowledge of disciplinary process and expectations
- Comprehensive note taking and reporting on daily accomplishments, concerns, issues, and needs
- Constantly observing facility operations for safety, cleanliness, and working order
- Always being visible and available; notifying staff who to contact if unavailable
- Oversight of Kokomo Joe’s operations, inventory, site preparation, etc. when necessary
- Verification of open and closing procedures, including cashing out drawers and bank deposits
- Other duties as assigned

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
