SUMMARY:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Achieve sales and unit volume forecasts for all portfolio products
- Manage budgets and expenses for Territory
- Report weekly goals and results to Regional Sales Director
- Manage key physician and account relationships within their territories
- Manage detailed customer records and reporting within CRM system
- Communicate with other team members
- Report on activities and changes in marketplace
- Represent Théa ethically and professionally
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous field sales experience in a pharmaceutical and/or ophthalmic company, preferred. Business to business sales is also acceptable.
- Demonstrated track record of strong sales performance
- Persuasion skills, business acumen, organizational and analytical skills are required
- Interested Ophthalmic Technologists and Assistants are encouraged to inquire about this role (COA, COT, COMT, CCOA)
- Must be willing to travel
- Valid Driver’s License, required
- Full-time access to a reliable, insured, and well-maintained vehicle, required. This role is provided a car allowance, not a vehicle.
