On-site in the Greater Portland area at first to collaborate with the CEO and your staff to create a trusted relationship with both. This position is challenging at the best candidate will have the follow must have skills :
- BA / BS in Business or Human Resources.
- SHRM-CP or SPHR certification or the desire to quickly obtain.
- Progressive career track into Leadership.
- State and Federal Compliance experience.
- Onboarding program creation and execution program
- Strategic Thinker
- Healthcare or non-profit experience is a huge plus
The compensation for this position is to 120K and they have relocation assistance for the right candidate.
