Our client, a leading insurance company, is looking for a Claims Attorney to work out of their Salt Lake City, UT office. Their ideal candidate has a Juris Doctorate and multiple years of experience handling litigated claims.
Required Qualifications:-
2 years of experience handling litigated files

Experience handling witness depositions, expert depositions, written discovery, arbitration/mediation

Previous experience working directly for an Insurance Carrier and/or TPA experience

Juris Doctorate
Preferred Qualifications:-
Experience handling excess and surplus claims

College Degree
