Our client is seeking a Commercial General Liability Claims Team Lead to work remotely. This individual would be responsible for the oversight of a team of 2 General Liability Claims Adjusters in the Northeast; duties include providing technical / jurisdictional direction to Examiner reports on claims adjudication, training, monitoring claim activities and maintaining diaries on complex or high exposure claims.
Requirements :
- 2 plus years of experience in a Team Lead and / or Supervisor capacity
- 5 years of General Liability claims handling experience
- Strong Leadership skills and ability to train, mentor and develop staff
- Litigation Experience
