Our client, is in search of a Workers' Compensation Supervisor for their Direct Hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have Supervisor experience handling claims in CA.
Required Qualifications:-
5 Years of Workers Compensation Supervisor Experience

Assigns new claims to unit members based on complexity and skill set of staff
-
Oversees the handling of all aspects of the claims assigned to the unit including reserving, communication, documentation, litigation management, evaluation, negotiation and settlement

Supervises maintenance of all claim records

Thorough understanding of laws, principles of coverage, liability and insurance industry in general
-
Experience with Handling/Supervising claims in CA.
Preferred Qualifications:-
College Degree

Experience with Handling/Supervising claims in; TX, IL, IN, OK, and AR.
