As the Marketing Manager, Digital Creative, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our brand's visual identity across email and digital marketing channels. You will lead a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that produces high-quality, on-brand, and effective visual assets. This position also requires excellent communication skills to ensure effective, relevant messages are delivered to our diverse audience and includes proofreading all materials to ensure they are letter-perfect and mistake-free. This person is responsible for comprehensive project management of their work, maintaining deadlines, escalating issues to their manager and communicating status and needs clearly across teams. Coordinates particular project assignments, meeting activities, and consistently follows up on all open projects.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to elevate our email marketing initiatives as well as a strong desire to deliver the best experience for all customers. This position is located in our Memphis, TN headquarters and has a hybrid work schedule. Relocation assistance is provided.

How You’ll Make an Impact :

Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers and creative professionals in the conceptualization and execution of visually compelling designs for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to email and digital marketing assets.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Develop and execute the overall creative strategy for email marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email creative with broader marketing objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance creative strategies.
Oversee the end-to-end graphic design process, ensuring the delivery of visually stunning and on-brand assets.
Direct the creation of graphics, images, and other visual elements for email campaigns.
Ensure a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all email communications.
Manage the workflow of the creative team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
Implement efficient processes to streamline creative development workflows.
Conduct thorough reviews of creative assets to ensure they meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
Implement feedback loops to continuously improve the quality and impact of email creatives.
Utilize data insights to optimize future creative strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements For Success :

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.

5-7 years of marketing and / or digital communication experience, preferably in a retail or consumer-focused industry.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects is required.

In-depth understanding of A / B testing methodologies and their application to optimize email campaign performance.

Experience in Figma preferred, but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
