As a Visual Merchandiser for City and Stars, you will be responsible for creating visual displays and presenting our inventory in a way that upholds our brand and standards. Our ideal Visual Merchandiser is a creative, analytical, detail-oriented, team-player who likes to think outside of the box and isn't afraid to try new things!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain knowledge of visual merchandising strategies
- Analyze inventory and find creative ways to drive sales using psychology and design principles
- Uphold store and brand standards
- Set goals with the team and create plans to meet deadlines
- Maintain store cleanliness and provide an overall positive environment for customers
- Assume sales associate and manager duties, as needed
