As an industry leader in web handling, material handling, and converting solutions, we serve the paper, tissue, film, and foil converting industries. You will collaborate closely with manual machining, saw cutting, assembly, and service teams to support production.

Key Responsibilities
- Program & operate CNC lathes in a low-volume, high-mix production environment (5 changeovers daily).
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using GibbsCAM for newly designed parts and components.
- Analyze and group jobs efficiently to minimize setup times and streamline workflow.
- Perform machine setup and first-piece inspection using Vernier calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
- Collaborate with Supervisors, Engineering, and Programming teams to improve machining processes.
- Install, align, and secure tools, attachments, and workpieces using hand tools and precision instruments.
- Transfer CNC commands from servers to Haas CNC modules via computer network links.
- Ensure proper lubrication and cooling of parts during operation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and program specifications to determine machine operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC equipment as needed.
- GibbsCAM programming experience is required.
- Familiarity with Haas CNC lathes and their programming interface.
- 3 years of CNC programming experience (5 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of machining practices, materials, and tool selection.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability to lift and move heavy components (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for 8-10 hours per shift.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
Salary : $35 - $40
