As the EH&S Manager, you will excel in coaching and mentoring your direct reports and will oversee the site EH&S program. You will report to the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities
- Monitor, improve, and regulate the safety, health, and environmental policies and processes for the plant
- Keep updated documentation related to safety policies and regulations
- Monitor and track all safety training within the company LMS
- Perform regular site inspections and audits for safety, health, and environmental compliance
- Complete job hazard analysis
- Lead accident investigations
- Support and initiate improvements related to safety and environmental
- Communicate with and serve as the point of contact for external regulatory agencies (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
- Lead BWC documentation and activities
- Champion the site emergency response team
- Show a presence on the manufacturing floor to drive the company's safety initiatives focused on Behavioral Based Safety Programs
- Decrease the site's recordable and lost time accidents
- Assign and monitor safety training and ensure timely completion
- Other duties as directed by management
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in an EHS-related field
- At least five years of similar EHS management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Recent supervision of others
- Strong safety background, with experience overseeing environmental functions as well
- Experience developing and/or improving site safety programs
- Experience leading safety programs at sites of at least 100 people
- Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
