Job Summary

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to laser systems, and installing and maintaining equipment. The role requires both on-site and remote support, as well as training customers on system operation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair machine issues using tools, software, and technical knowledge.
• Provide professional, clear communication and training to customers.
• Submit detailed service reports and assist in improving technical documentation.
• Install and configure software and hardware upgrades.
• Create graphics and designs using tools like CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator.
• Ensure work is performed safely, independently, and efficiently.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and drawings.
• Proficient in software like CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, and CAD/CAM tools.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform under pressure.
• Knowledge of CO2 and/or fiber laser systems.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Associate's degree or technical training in engineering or a related field.
• Experience in electronics, wiring, software, and mechanical systems.
• Clean and valid driver's license required.
