We are seeking a Manufacturing/ Design Engineer to lead process development, implementation, and continuous improvement efforts across multiple shifts and plants. This role plays a key part in enhancing production efficiency, safety, and quality within a collaborative, lean-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing—preferably metals—and a strong foundation in process analysis, CAD software (SolidWorks), and industrial engineering methods. Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, reducing waste, supporting capital investment justifications, and training staff on best practices. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and ERP/MRP systems is highly desirable.

Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering/technology or related degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in manufacturing and/or metals industry
- Experience in project management, applying industrial engineering methods, and technical applications of manufacturing practices.
- Proficient knowledge of SolidWorks or other CAD/CAM software and Geometrical Tolerance specification/application.
- Highly proficient ability to communicate technical issues to various internal production and business departments and to external vendors and customers.
- Demonstrate expert mathematical and mechanical skills
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint.
Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
