Scientific Strategy Manager

Requirements

• MS, Ph.D., or PharmD in Life Sciences (or related field).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, in pharma, biotech, or life sciences (preferably in competitive intelligence, consulting, or medical communications).
• Strong knowledge of the life sciences industry, including drug development, clinical trials, regulatory processes, and competitive intelligence.
• Expertise in mechanisms of action of biologics, cell therapy, oncology, or other therapeutic areas.
• Excellent research and literature review skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Collaborative team player with a client-focused approach.
