This role is responsible for ensuring all products meet domestic and international regulatory requirements while aligning packaging and labeling with brand and legal standards.
The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years of experience in food industry regulatory affairs, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Responsibilities include managing labeling, ingredient approvals, and formula specifications, providing guidance to cross-functional teams, monitoring global regulatory changes, and mentoring a high-performing regulatory team.

- This individual will serve as the internal subject matter expert on food regulations
- Actively engage with industry organizations
- Advise senior management on trends and compliance strategies
- Expertise in FDA labeling regulations, DevEx or similar systems
- Experience with NFP content and claims are essential
- A background in Food Science, Chemistry, or Nutrition is required
- A Master’s degree is preferred.
