We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our AV and Electrical businesses. This role requires comprehensive management skills, from overseeing daily operations to implementing strategies for cultural and operational efficiency.

Day-To-Day Functions :
Execution of Vision : Effectively partner with CEO to capture and deliver
Lead, Manage, Hold Accountable (LMA) : Design & Engineering, Operations, Service, Procurement (Not Sales or Finance)
Business Plan / Budgets / P&L Objectives : Understand, maintain, and deliver.
Issue Resolution : Capture then Identify, Discuss, Solve (IDS)
Daily Operations : Inventory Management, Safety, and Quality Control
