Description
The AV / IT Technician Manager is responsible for leading and supervising the technical team (installation and service techs) delivering exceptional AV and IT service installation and support. This role includes managing and maintaining network and system infrastructures and scheduling service calls.
Hours :
Mon – Fri, 7am–4pm
Your Day-to-Day
Supervise, train, and mentor the technical team
Hiring, onboarding, and evaluation of technicians
Maintain safety protocols and company policies
Review incoming service tickets, contact clients, and schedule service calls
Company Network : Maintain performance and reliability
Windows Servers : Backups, patches, and security
Cybersecurity : Keep us safe!
Support hardware and software deployment
Support Internal Teams & External Customers
Service Requests AV and IT Related (computers, servers, networks, and AV devices)
Build and maintain reports on system performance, ticketing metrics, security compliance, and business analytics.
Requirements & Abilities
Bachelors in IT (or equivalent experience)
Leadership managing technical teams
Experience : IT, network admin, windows servers, AV tech, Ticketing Systems
Preferred : CompTIA, CCNA, or AV related certifications
Travel to client sites may be required.
Lift 50lbs
Valid driver’s license.
Pass NC Alarm Board background check.
