Description
The Position :
As a Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Specialist at Sound & Image Design, you will play a dual role as both a technical expert and a salesperson. You will independently lead sales calls, develop client relationships, and achieve sales goals. Additionally, you will provide technical sales support to other sales team members when needed, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions and detailed proposals that meet client needs. Your blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen will be essential to the success of our projects and overall client satisfaction.
Your Location :
- We cover the Richmond, VA area and the surrounding areas. You would be able to live and commute within various parts of the area to network, meet with referral partners, and prospective clients.

Your Compensation :
Commissions are uncapped and salespeople in our industry can generate $5M / yr in gross salesOption 1 : Ramp Period Base w / Commission
Months 1-3 : Base $75,000 / yr 5% commissionMonths 4-6 : Base $62,500 / yr 5% commissionMonth 7 : Base of $50,000 / yr 5% commissionOn Target Earnings at $1.5M / yr in Sales = $125k / yr in Total CompOption 2 : Pure commission!
Base = $0 (That's right - no base!)Commission = 9% of Pre-Tax Gross SalesOn Target Earnings at $1.5M / yr in Sales = $135k / yr in Total CompOnce you generate over $1.5M / yr in Gross Sales shifting to commission only will pay you more.Your Perks :
