Island Stone is a San Diego based tile distributor seeking a strong Senior Accountant Extensive knowledge and experience with general financial accounting, cost accounting, adhere to GAAP, and ideally highly proficient in NetSuite (but not required).

Your Schedule
Monday to Friday : 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm PST
Flexible Schedule - Let's discuss what you need (We need 4hrs of overlap on PST)
In-Office : Typically 2-3days / week (more during onboarding)
Your Contribution to Island Stone
Supports month-end close
GL : Maintains, Journal Entries, Accruals
Reconciliations : Balance Sheet, Bank Account (4 Entities), Supplier Accts,
Accounts Payable : Reviews, Approves, Posts
Payroll : Bi-Weekly
Fixed Assets & Depreciation
Compliance : Local, State, Federal
Sales & Property Tax : File
Budgets : Assist w / Prep
Reporting : Budget vs. Actual Analysis
NetSuite : Coordinate w / Administrator
Your Experience
5yrs NetSuite Experience (Preferred but not Required)
Equivalent Software Sweet Experience : MS Dynamics, Sage, Timberline, SAP, etc.
