About the Role :
As an Account Manager Supervisor, you’ll take the helm of a talented team of 5-6 Account Managers, ensuring they deliver personalized, concierge-style service to our dealership clients. You’ll leverage your deep experience in account management and leadership to foster a collaborative, high-performing team. This is a unique opportunity to guide a team while making a meaningful impact on the client experience and our growing business.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day account management operations, providing mentorship and training, ensuring team performance goals are met, and continually improving our client relationships through personalized CRM strategies. This in-office position requires leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for customer success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor a team of 5-6 Account Managers, ensuring they meet KPIs and provide top-tier service to dealership clients.
- Account Strategy : Oversee the execution of customized CRM solutions, ensuring the team's approach aligns with client goals and maximizes CRM adoption.
- Performance Management : Regularly assess team performance, conduct one-on-one meetings, and provide feedback to foster growth and success.
- Client Relationship Development : Guide your team in building lasting relationships with dealership clients, ensuring they are fully supported in their use of our CRM technology.
- Training & Development : Provide hands-on coaching and continuous learning opportunities to ensure the team is always evolving and improving.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including product and support teams, to ensure seamless client experiences and continuous service improvements.
- Escalation Management : Handle complex client issues, stepping in when necessary to resolve escalations and ensure client satisfaction.
- Transition to Monday.com : Oversee and support the transition to Monday.com, ensuring smooth adoption and integration into day-to-day operations. Guide the team in learning the platform and maximizing its effectiveness for improved project management and client communications.
