About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled CPA to join our finance department, focusing on the filing of taxes and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. In collaboration with the Finance Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing our financial records and ensuring our books remain compliant with all industry standards.

Responsibilities:

- Tax Filing & Compliance: Oversee and manage the accurate filing of taxes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and manage financial records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all bookkeeping activities.

- Collaboration: Work closely with Anna and the finance team to ensure seamless integration of financial practices across departments.

- Audit & Reporting Support: Assist with audit preparation and provide accurate financial reporting to support company growth and transparency.

- Financial Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in current financial processes, recommending and implementing solutions to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- CPA certification required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience in tax filing, bookkeeping, and financial compliance.

- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.

- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple financial processes simultaneously.

- Experience working in fast-paced, technology-driven environments is a plus.
