This role is critical to scaling our company-wide advertising efforts and working seamlessly with our talented creative team to bring impactful campaigns to life.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Collaborate with the creative team to align campaign goals with visual and written content.
• Monitor and tweak ad performance to maximize ROI and ensure campaigns achieve target KPIs.
• Implement targeting strategies that align with audience insights and campaign objectives.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for the team with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
• Potentially contribute to social media strategy and execution, leveraging broader skills to support the team.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience managing ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• A strong understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
