ThedaCare is seeking an NP or PA to join our team in Menasha, Darboy, or Kimberly WI. Come join a great group of providers who thrive as a team.
- 1.0 FTE
- 10 Physicians currently in the group
- 7 Clinic APCs
- Great group of providers - everyone is always more than willing to help
- Typical schedule : 36 patient contact hours / per week (4 or 5 days / week)
- Weekend Rotation - 3-4 Saturdays out of the year
- Average patients per day : 18
- Depending on access need / demand may work at other locations within the call group. (Kimberly, Darboy, and Menasha)
