Key Accountabilities:
- Interact and communicate with internal and external customers to enhance the customer experience.
- Collect and enter demographic, clinical, billing, and insurance information from customers or responsible parties to facilitate a seamless customer experience.
- Schedule patients following established policies and procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Proactively problem-solve access issues that arise when scheduling to meet stakeholder needs.
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
