Summary :
This role (Business Intelligence Analyst) as a member of Enterprise Analytics team is responsible for creation and support of performance measures, data collection, data analysis, data visualizations and reporting. Serves as technical steward (subject matter resource on technical and business matters) for a select few data domains due to scope of knowledge. Responsible for implementing the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications and ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhances business decision-making capabilities. Serves as resource to end-user for data analysis and insight development. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Collaborates with operational teams, analytics team, information services, and distributed analyst roles as required. Leadership for this role may be through a matrixed or direct reporting structure.Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for creation and support of performance measures, data collection, data analysis, data visualizations and reporting Responsible for implementing the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications and ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhances business decision-making capabilities. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems within data domains/applications of expertise Engages in data exploration exercises with operational end-users, serving as resource to support analysis and interpretation of insights. Collaborates with analytics team, information services team and other data functions to ensure aligned practice and data governance standards. Serve as project manager for analytics-based projects including management of scope, tasks and resources to meet defined timelines. Prioritizes daily tasks and assignments appropriately. Responds to urgent, impromptu, and unplanned situations by assessing their level of importance, instituting appropriate action and information appropriate management. Writes and maintains clear, concise requirement documents, reports, standards, plans, analysis, and specifications including metadata supporting data governance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, business, or related field
- 2 years of experience in data collection and analysis, reporting and visualization tools, and database query tools.
