Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hospice Community Relations Liaison at ThedaCare. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as engaging with the community, communicating effectively, providing excellent customer service, conducting community outreach, and coordinating hospice services. While the role is primarily located in Appleton, WI, remote work is also acceptable.
Qualifications
- Community Engagement, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Community Outreach and Home Care
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of hospice care and healthcare regulations
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required
- One year hospice experience required
