Requirements:
- Required License/Certs: ARRT, WI License as a Radiographer or RCIS
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Required Skillset: Scrub IR, Cath & Structural Heart Procedures
Schedule Information:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP
- Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40
- Shift: 8hr Variable Days
- Shift times: 0630-1500 or 0730-1600
- On Call: Weekends and Holidays as needed - 30 min response time
- Weekends: As needed - call
- Holidays: As needed - call

Additional Details:
- Float: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities - Float to ThedaCare Neenah Specials Department

- 50 MILE RADIUS RULE - no travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of ThedaCare
