Summary :
A Center of Excellence focuses on consistent high- quality care delivery and functional outcomes with an emphasis on patient safety. The OSP Clinical Program Specialist will assume a leadership role in areas of professional practice, staff development, education, program development, and quality management. They will work in collaboration with the program Medical Directors, Director of Nursing, Director of Orthopedic and interdisciplinary teams. They will be responsible to coordinate and continuously improve performance and clinical outcomes to achieve identified certifications.
