Certification Details

- Education Requirement: Masters or Doctorate in PT
- **Previous Travel Required - No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI**
- Shift: 10 hour days, working Tuesday through Friday, 645-5:15
- **any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
- Weekends: None
- Holidays: As needed
- On Call: None
- Schedule: PT - 10 hr days (Tues-Fri)
- Unit Info: Hospital setting, primarily outpatient with some inpatient
- Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities within a 60 mile radius
