Job Type : Full Time

Duties :

• Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
• Develop systems technical architecture for implementing company's loyalty solutions.
• Develop systems integration design and implementation plan.
• Develop and review system design parameters (performance, security, data) against client's requirements.
• Develop API specification documents for internal and client consumption.
• Review technical feasibility of RFPs and CRs.
• Involved in sizing opportunity with detailed review of resources and technical requirements.
• Develop and review detailed technical implementation plan and LOE.
• Monitor system performance against committed SLAs for speed, latency, throughput, and responsiveness.
• Manage setup of new environments for client implementations and ensuring successful execution.
• Monitor, review and mentor individual progress of direct reports and plan career paths.
• Provide estimates for project planning based on business requirements and ensure quality in the actual execution of the implementations and compliance with company guidelines.
• Interface with client technical and business stakeholders.
• Agile Program Management.

Requirements : Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology or related field and two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Position also requires one year of experience in each of the following :

Must be available to work at various, unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. Telecommuting available from anywhere in the US.
