Qualifications
- Strong ability in recognizing faces and learning names of the Members.
- Experience in Concierge Services and Reservations
- Strong Communication and Receptionist Duties skills
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of local attractions and restaurants in Newport Beach is a plus
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role
