- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight
- Perform pre-flight safety checks and briefings
- Serve meals and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking
- Respond to passengers' inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Provide first aid assistance and handle emergencies as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cabin area
- No prior experience is required; training will be provided
- Fluency in English and at least one other language is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
